I’m Jane Hall and I’m living proof that you can live in harmony with your period.

Not so long ago I had extreme Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and unexplained infertility (highly likely due to Endometriosis). Because I felt my body was failing me, I began to hate my feminine womb space and all it stood for. I can assure you that this did not help.

What did help was learning about my cycle and using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to go deeper into my mind-body connection and unravel some of the reasons my body was functioning as it was.

Now I work with clients just like me, just like you, who are experiencing some kind of hormonal imbalance or period-related concern, to reconnect with their womb the way I did. Starting with natural steps to realign the rhythm of your own cycle through a few small lifestyle habits/ changes.

Hormone Imbalance

By learning about your own period, tracking it and getting to know your menstrual cycle intimately, you too can experience your period as positive and empowering.

All too often symptoms of hormone imbalance are dismissed as a normal part of a woman’s cycle. But they don’t have to be. There are steps I can support you to take that really make a difference, returning you to the natural rhythm of your cycle as it was always meant to be.

PMS (and it’s Angry Aunt – PMDD)

Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) are all too often described as natural hormonal mood swings. Or worse yet, misdiagnosed as depression or anxiety. If your moods swing to the bottom of a ravine in connection with your cycle, I can help! You are not alone and you do not have to feel this way.

Heavy or Irregular period bleeding

The ‘average’ period looses 70 to 160ml of fluid (35 to 80ml of blood) over 3 – 7 days.  Almost no-one is exactly ‘average’ but if you feel you are bleeding more, longer, or with less reliable patterns, you may have a hormone imbalance. I can help, through period coaching, to regulate your cycle and help you experience regularity.

Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Serious medical conditions should always be treated by a medical professional. Period Coaching is a great complementary therapy that does not interfere with medical treatment and can help it work even better, getting results even faster. Sometimes Period Coaching can even help when medical options have been exhausted.

Nutrition

The millennium-old wisdom that ‘you are what you eat’ is incredibly powerful when applied to your menstrual cycle. Small changes to your diet during particular phases of your cycle can have big impacts on your hormones.

A gentle hybrid form of hypnotherapy that allows us to work together at the deep internal levels of your psyche to heal the parts of your mind that impact your hormonal regulation.
